Curry Tarragon Dressing

Curry Tarragon Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise or vegenaise
1/4 cup canola oil 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, fine diced
2 Tbsp fresh minced tarragon (French or Mexican tarragon -both work!)
1 tsp Muchi Curry powder
2 Tbsp sugar
Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Add more milk if needed. Use as a dressing for salad, rice, or potatoes. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
